How to make an appoinment
You can only schedule an appointment with your GP by telephone 070 - 222 30 00 from Monday to Friday between 08.00-17.00 hrs.
08:00 - 10:30: consultation requests and home visits
11:30 - 15.30: consultation requests, advice, and questions for the doctor's assistant
15.30 - 17:00: only for urgent medical matters
The doctor's assistant will ask you some questions to assess the urgency of your complaint. If necessary, an appointment will be scheduled for you.
Between 10:30 and 11:30 the doctor's assistants are busy processing administration. During this time, we are only available for emergencies.
Please contact us at least 24 hrs in advance if you want to cancell the appointment. In case of repeated failure to show up without notice, we are obliged to charge a 'now-show' fee.
Home visit
An appointment at your home
A home visit is intended for patients who cannot come to the practice for medical reasons. A home visit can only be requested by telephone (before 11:00) and in consultation with the doctor's assistant.

No-show fee
Unfortunately, it happens regularly that patients do not show up for an appointment with the GP, practice nurse, or assistant without notice. Therefore, on the advice of the National Association of General Practitioners (LHV), we have introduced a ‘No-Show’ fee.
Why a No-Show fee?
More and more people want to make an appointment for the consultation hour; however, many people are also failing to show up without notice. During the time reserved for that patient, the GP, practice nurse, or assistant could have helped someone else. We want to keep the waiting time for an appointment as short as possible. You can help us with this by cancelling your appointment (by telephone) at least 24 hrs in advance.
Are you unable to make your appointment?
Please notify the assistant by telephone at 070 - 222 30 00 at least 1 working day in advance (Monday to Friday). We will cancel your appointment and if necessary, you can re-schedule an appointment.
The No-Show Fee
The No-Show fee covers for the costs incurred for making the space and staff available.
Consultation: € 15
Double consultation: € 30
POH Consultation 45 min: € 45
These rates apply to all appointments with our GPs, assistants, and practice support staff.
