Request repeat prescriptions

You can request repeat prescriptions in 3 ways:

1. Via MijnGezondheid.net (MGN) by logging in with your Digid.

2. Via email recepten@mcloudon.nl (stating your name, date of birth and pharmacy).

3. By telephone on 070 - 222 30 00, choose option 2 for prescriptions. After entering 0 you can record your request. Please clearly state your name, date of birth and pharmacy.

The medication will be ready at your pharmacy the next working day after 15.00. We ask you to use MijnGezondheid.net or the MedGemak app as much as possible.
