Choices regarding the care we provide

General practitioner care in the Netherlands is under pressure. Fewer GPs are willing to run their own practices; as a result, more and more patients do not have a regular GP, or even no GP at all. We want to ensure that we can provide continuous healthcare to as many patients as possible in our neighborhood.

To meet the rising demand for care, we intend to focus our practice exclusively on genuine GP care. Consequently, within our center we will no longer perform care that can be provided elsewhere, often more specialized and cost-efficient . This includes vaccinations, sexually transmitted infections, and cervical smears as part of the National Screening Program.
