As long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by medicine. I graduated as a physician in 1988, after which I worked at Antoniushove for many years, mainly in the Oncology / Internal Medicine department.

The beautiful and interesting interpersonal contact, the intensive support, and 'choosing the right treatment path' together with the patient, have eventually made me decide to train to become a GP.

The bond you build up with entire families over the years is something that still greatly appeals to me, and helping people in every stage of their lives is still my passion.
