How to reach our GPs by phone

Do you have a question for your GP? You can call during the following hours:

  • 08.00 - 11.00 Consultation request and home visit request.
  • 11.30 - 14.00 Consultation request and advice from and questions to the doctor's assistants.
  • 14.00 - 17.00 Only urgent matters.

You are allowed to record the conversation with your care provider, for example with your phone. We kindly ask you to notify us when you wish to do so. The distribution of the recording outside the private sphere without our consent is not permitted by law.

Repeat prescriptions

You can request a repeat prescription at MijnGezondheid.net and by email at recepten@mcloudon.nl. You can also request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day by phone via option 2 in the telephone menu. Clearly state your name, date of birth, name of your pharmacy, and the name of your medication.

(Repeat) prescriptions CANNOT be written at the reception desk. All prescriptions must be digitally signed by the GP.
