Permission Statement LSP

During the corona epidemic, the general practice and SEH were granted temporary permission to acces the information of a GP as a crisis measure. Per april 2023 this permission was withdrawn. 

To acces your medical data from a GP at night and in weekends for emergencies the general practice and SEH need your explicit permission. If you grant permission (opt-in) for this acces, the doctor at the time of your emergency can acces relevant information to be able to treat you to the best of his abilities. If you have not granted permission in the past, please let us know your preference. This is possible via the website Volg je Zorg or via our email LSP@mcloudon.nl. It is not necessary for you to call our medical centre to let us know your preference.
